As the "executive producer" of this multi media on-boarding and recruitment marketing piece I worked with across many departments at RTI, including marketing, the office of the CEO, HR, and IT. The goal was to support on-boarding AND recruitment marketing. A recruiter would often take the DVD (or access the Flash version over the web) to career events. For On-Boarding purposes linkage was created from to micro web sites depending on the type of position. For example executives were connected to a link, recent college grads another link, and so on!
